Graphic Designer

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a creative agency or design studio environment.

1. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

2. Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

3. Creative Vision: Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.

4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas.

5. Collaborative Spirit: Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, client feedback, and timelines while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

   
   

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Graphic Design or related field: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Self Taught Designers Encouraged to Apply.

2. Experience in Branding: Prior experience in branding projects, including logo design, brand identity development, and brand strategy, is highly desirable.

3. Motion Graphics Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
